Description

St. Francis Neighborhood Center (SFNC) is the oldest community based neighborhood center providing enrichment in all of Baltimore City!
SFNC operates award-winning, year-round youth programs, family engagement nights, parenting classes, food distribution programs, accessible computer lab/classes, space for Narcotics Anonymous and community meetings, enrichment activities, personal and professional development workshops for the community, and an annual Resource Fair – all at no cost to residents. These “pieces” are all built into a single explicit model to provide a holistic framework surrounding the child. These multiple programs separately do not have the same impact as together--by touching on these pieces, as a whole, we are more effective forming a successful holistic model to end generational poverty.
