Description

In Q'uma we make chocolate differently. We are a bean-to-bar chocolate factory based at the country of origin of cacao: Peru. We have changed the conventional cacao supply chain by working directly with cacao farmers to buy fine aroma cacao at premium prices and employ local people at our factory. We encourage the replacement of illicit crops (coca leave) for cacao. Most of the farmers we work with previously used to work with coca under a dangerous environment, now with cacao they have better opportunities.Our supply chain is 100% traceable and transparent and our fine chocolate is organic and award-winning at International Chocolate Awards.
