I-Saksham Education and Leaning Foundation

i-Saksham believes that enhancing the leadership of local young women to solve grassroots issues will drive transformative change in women’s personal life and will create a nurturing ecosystem for others to realize their potential. i-Saksham runs a 2-year ‘Edu-leader’ fellowship program to develop local young women across three integrated leadership tracks- personal, education and community. These young leaders influence society as involved, committed, and inspirational role models by demonstrating and leading girls' empowerment through direct and collective action.
