Columba Leadership activates youth potential through values-based leadership programs, which transforms disadvantaged youth from passive resignation to active agents of change and role models for personal progression. The experiential residential Leadership Academy, followed by ongoing support, is designed to give young people the strength and courage to find their own unique voice and purpose, and thus, activating them to become agents of positive social change for themselves, their schools, and their communities. Primary impact indicators are individual success in academic and professional life and improved performance of schools.
