AMAATI is a Ghanaian Social enterprise that works with women to produce and process Fonio. We process Fonio into Fonio grain and Flour. DIM Fonio is a tiny indigenous cereal packaged in a PET stand-up pouch with zipper lock. This cereal contain proteins, vitamins, and minerals. In addition, Fonio is gluten-free rich in fiber, amino acids and iron.
We target diabetics, pregnant and lactating women, children, obese and the aged to improve their health and nutrition.
Currently, we generate revenue from two line of products which is registered and branded in the market as DIM Fonio and DIM Fonio Flour.
